Was für ein absurdes Show Spiel, wenn der Staat Land kompensieren soll, was kriminelle Politische Banden vor allem der Fatos Nano Partei, illegal gestohlen und bebaut haben. Sarande gehört zu den inzwischen vollkommen verwüsteten Gebieten, wo es nie einen richtigen Tourimus mehr geben kann.

Restitution of Coastal Lands Causes Clashes
Sarandë- Recently, Properties Restitution Committee included 240 hectares of land of Nivica village in the district of Saranda in the yellow line (line, where construction is allowed) of Saranda. In addition, also a surface of 10 hectares of pasture will be allocated in the future. Kakome village is not included within this line. This surface of land, for people of Nivica is considered agriculture land and it was distributed according to the law 7501. This surface was recognised, but not officially restituted yet.
