Präsident Bamir Topi lädt die sogenannte Politiker Elite zu Friedens Gesprächen ein.
Nachdem nun die EU eine Kommision nach Albanien entsendet, will man die Geschlossenheit der Politischen Klasse, oder besser Albanischen Mafia zu Show stellen.
Erstaunlich welche abgehalferten sogenannten Politiker inklusive Ndoka, Fatos Nano, ERion Veliaj von Georg Soros, Gjnussi und Co. und viele Vertreter aus kriminellen Clans, dort zum Empfang erscheinen.
Keine Sorge! Der Albanischen Politiker Kaste, gehts nur darum das man weiter machen kann, wie bisher und seine geklauten Immobilien behalten kann. Es geht um Jobs und um die Gelder, welche aus der EU fliessen und ebenso um gute EU Kontakte, für den Ausbau der Drogen Netze.
Deutsche Politiker werden da behilflich sein, das die Drogen Schiene gut geschmiert wird und die Kinder der Albanischen Mafia auch weiterhin mit Stipendien versorgen.
Praktisch alle Politiker haben direkte Kontakte zu Drogen Schmuggler Clans, bzw. Familien Mitglieder sind direkt daran beteiligt. So eine Art alte Tradition inzwischen. Selbst wenn neue Politiker kommen, werden 80% umgehend korrumpiert u.a. durch ausl. Lobby Gruppen, welche die Korruptions in Albanien und dem Balkan hoffähig gemacht haben. Die Bestechungs Reisen des Bundeskanzler Schröder sind unvergessen u.a. wie man den Rumänischen PM Nastase bestach, welcher wie viele Andere Politiker im Balkan heute angeklagt ist.
OSCE, US welcome roundtable on ending Albania’s political crisis

TIRANA, Albania – The OSCE mission in Albania and the US Embassy in Tirana welcomed President Bamir Topi’s initiative to organise negotiations between the government and the opposition in order to end an ongoing political stalemate. The opposition has been boycotting parliament since September, insisting on a thorough investigation into the June 2009 general elections, which they maintain were manipulated. In a statement Wednesday (February 10th), the OSCE praised Saturday’s scheduled talks as constructive. The US Embassy says the process offers an important opportunity to solve the current problems, which have impeded passage of EU-related reforms. The head of the EU delegation in Tirana announced on Thursday that the EU will closely watch the crisis talks between the opposition and the government due to be held later this week.
“The EU Enlargement commissioner is watching the situation in Albania closely,” Ambassador Helmuth Lohan told reporters after a meeting in the southern town of Vlora.
“What we are watching for is how fast this crisis will be resolved, and how fast a solution will be found for the problem of a nonfunctional parliament, because only half of [the deputies] are currently participating,” Lohan said.
Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha and opposition Socialist leader Edi Rama have been locked in a stalemate over the results of the June 28 parliamentary elections, which Berisha’s party narrowly won.
President Bamir Topi, backed by the Council of Europe, the OSCE and the US, has called for talks between the two leaders to start on Saturday, with the aim of negotiating a solution that is acceptable to both sides.
The Socialists have boycotted parliament since the new session began in September, claiming that the government’s alleged fraud was to blame for their electoral loss.
They have conditioned their return to parliament on a recount of the electoral ballots of the parliamentary poll.
Although declaring his openness to a parliamentary investigation of the election, Berisha has stubbornly rejected the possibility of a recount. He argues that the opposition has exhausted all legal options and that he cannot override the judicial process.
The boycott has poisoned the political climate in the country and brought to a halt the functioning of the assembly, which requires more than a simple majority to pass EU accession related reforms.

Doris Pack, sagt nun erstmals auch in 15 Jahren klare Worte, das die Oppositions partein ins Parlament müssen und nicht Mafiös ihre Vorstellungen auf der Strasse vortragen dürfen. Das hat Nichts mit einem demokratischen Verhalten zu tun.
