Die Frage ist doch einfach! Warum baut ein Mafiosi Herr Stavros Markos illegal und ohne Genehmigung eine Villa mit Restaruant an der Küste bei Himari.

Was haben diese arachischen primitiven Balkan Taliban überhaupt für eine Einstellung, wenn man illegal baut und jedes Gesetz und den Staat, sogleich mit seiner Mafia Postille “Libertas”, eine Hetze gegen die Regierung auf diverses Griechischen Websites zu organisieren.

Peinlich und beschämend sind Leute wie Stavros Markos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wo hat der gute Mann, der sich nun hier mächtig aufregt eine Bau Genehmigung und eine Grundstücks Urkunde? Peinlich wird die Sache, das ja gerade diese illegale Bebauung und der Grundstücks Diebstahl das grösste Albanische Problem ist.

Und genau der selbst Mann fordert ständig eine Justiz und die Einhaltung der Gesetze in Albanien. Irgendwo gehört nun mal Herr Stavros Marko, zur Kaspar Nummer der Land Raub Mafia in Albanien.

Man kann auf solche Mafia Journalisten ganz einfach verzichten, denn die primitiven Horden, welche überall illegal Land besetzen und bebauen sind die Krankheit des Landes.

Albanian State, violating basic human rights and private property

Today, Wednesday around 14.00 in my private apartment in Dhrimades, Himara Municipality, entered five persons by force in my property territory with a car type “Volkswagen” TR 0072 P.
They were presented as Inspectors of the State Inspectorate for Constructions based in Tirana. At this moment I was over lunch together with wife and my children in my property.

After they made parking of the car without permission to enter, I asked them to leave the Private territory immediately outside my private building.

Initially it did not seem them as normal position perhaps because such a move can not happen. I told them for Penal Code of violation of residence and they immediately responded justified as they do not determine whether the territory was private or something else.

I consider the incident directly a State pressing violating not only private property but also my personality as a journalist proffesionist and collaborator of Press Agencies abroad. It is not the first time to control my residence on such pressures have been made in recent months. It is immoral action of State Inspectors violate privation property taking by the role of the State Police Department, making threats a front of my wife and my children’s.

As a resident, journalist and member of the Greek ethnic community in Himara, I consider this incident, as dangerous episode motivated politically by member administration of Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

There is not coincidence when the “Inspectors” where from northern origin, the region of Prime Minister. May be, the last precedent, to destruction of Jala village by government of Berisha under the name of the World Bank and Kakomea Gulf Project, want to increase pressure against the residents and other native of Himara Region, to abandon their properties

Due to my profession but also as a citizen, I feel the obligation to make in public the threat which violates the basic human rights and private property.

Nun nach den Wahlen wird die Bau Polizei auch wieder mutiger.

Sie besuchte den Eigentümer der Zeitung “Liberstas", welche in Dhermi auch illegal eine Villa am Strand gebaut hat.

Die ganz Gangster Bande der Medien haben überall illegal Grundstücke bebaut, was ja Nichts Neues ist. Deshalb kämpften die Albanischen Medien hart gegen Salih Berisha, der keine Küsten Grundstücke der Land Mafia und der Mafia Medien legalisieren wird

Das sind Mafiosi (Stavros Marko), welche wie bewiesen illegal im Lande herum bauen, betonieren und Grundstücke illegal besetzen.

nuk ka qenë aspak e tillë ajo që i
ka ndodhur gazetarit të “Libertas”-
it, Stavri Marko, kur dje, në
banesën e tij private në Dhërmi, 5
inspektorë të tillë kanë hyrë me
forcë, me gjithë automjet, me sjellje
arrogante e të padenjë për përfaqësues
të shtetit, duke pretenduar
që të verifikonin ç’fshihej brenda
këtij territori privat. Sipas dëshmisë
të vetë gazetarit Marko, ata
kanë përdorur fyerje dhe kërcënime
të shumta ndaj tij, edhe pse ai
u ka treguar Kodin Penal, duke u
vënë në dukje se, me veprime të tilla
ata po kryenin veprën e dhunimit
të banesës. Menjëherë, paskëtaj,
ata reaguan duke u justifikuar se
nuk e përcaktonin nëse territori ishte
privat, apo diçka tjetër. Por, për
Markon, ky incident mund të cilësohet
si një shantazh i drejtpërdrejtë
ndaj figurës së tij si gazetar,
duke përmendur edhe faktin se ai
është, mes të tjerash, bashkëpunëtor
i disa agjencive të shtypit brenda
dhe jashtë vendit. “Është e pamoralshme
që, të ashtuquajturit inspektorë
të shtetit, vijnë e trokasin,
madje, dhunojnë pronën private,
duke marrë edhe rolin e Policisë
së Shtetit, duke bërë shantazhe
dhe kërcënime, si në rastin
tim”, deklaron i fyer nga sjellja e inspektorëve
të lartpërmendur gazetari
