Die Albanische Presse macht sich lustig über dieses Fake Betrugs Projekt und erinnert an andere Show Betrugs Projekte in Milliarden Höhe.

Besonders lustig ist der angebliche SIVA Haupt Partner: Rund um die Famiile Gurraj bei SIVA: Martin Gurraj, dessen Lebenslauf, 45 Jahre Bau- Investitions- Erfahrung darlegt. Niemand kannte diese Gestalt, in 1995, 2000 in Albanien und in 1990 auch nicht! So munter und dreist wird herumgelogen, bei der Vorstellung in einer neuen Website, denn es handelt sich wohl um eine neue Identität irgendeiner Gestalt, was zum grossen Geschäft in Albanien wurde in 2010-2011. Rund um die Brooklyn Mafia in Michigan und New York. Dann taucht der Sohn mal auf, und macht angeblich ein Nonsens Diplom an der Uni Tirana 2007, was ihn zu absolut Nichts qualifiziert.
Wie immer erpressen militante Ortsfremde Verbrecher Gruppen, örtliche Bürger und bauen wild herum, ohne Papiere. Die SIVA Gruppe, verkauft direkt Betrugs Projekte, welche ohne gültige Papiere und gegen jedes Bau Gesetz illegal gebaut wurden u.a. dem Abstand zur Küste, was schon immer 300 Meter per Gesetz war, ebenso die Höhe der Gebäude, vor allen in Sarande usw.. Alles Andere ist heisse Luft, einer Ansammlung von Profi Real Estage Betrügers, welche aus den USA flohen und bekanntlich wurde ein Anderer aus dieser Zeit auch schon vom FBI in Zypern verhaftet.
Genau diese Profi Mafia, der Geldwäsche und des Betruges, welche ohne Papiere überall illegal baut auf gestohlenen Grundstücken, wo der Albanische Geheimdienst SHIS eindringlich im Juni 2010, nochmal warnte. Natürlich wird man auch über die Franzöische - Albanische Handels Vertretung vorgestellt, denn irgendeine Lobby Gruppe mischt da immer mit, wobei NGO’s praktisch alle fest in Mafiöser Hand sind, wie alle Sicherheits Berichte dokumentieren. Identische Projekte einer Pseudo Investoren Betrugs Gruppe starten nun erneut mit den selben Geschäfts Modellen, welche überall gescheitert sind inklusive Dubai. Die alten Partner sind ja auch wieder in dieser Mafia Regierung. Damals sollten 1,4 Milliarden $ investiert werden in Sazan, heute sind es halt 2 Milliarden $, bis 30 Mililarden $ sogar. Prime Minister Sali Berisha received a delegation from the SIVA Partners investment management firm headed by its President Simon Elyakim. They presented to the prime minister a major project in the field of tourism and entertainment entitled The Millennium Casino & Resort. This is a new American investment company targeting favorable countries to implement their major projects.
President Elyakim presented to PM Berisha the 2 billion USD project in the field of tourism and entertainment entitled The Millennium Casino & Resort which consists of building a tourist resort of villas and hotels, tennis courts and gold courses as well as a Casino. This project, said he, is the result of the favorable business climate in Albania, its geographic position and the very attractive climate for the tourists. He targets to create a major tourist centre in the Balkans.
Likewise, Mr. Elyakim presented to PM Berisha the investment portfolio of the Group in Albania in the fields of infrastructure, roads, railways where it is included even Albania-Kosova railway as well as other works like tunnels, ports, hydrocarbon works, the Albpetrol privatization included. The Group expressed an interest even in building of Tirana tram. He said to the prime minister that following several studies conducted in the region, the Group selected Albania as the most suitable country for their investments.
PM Berisha thanked the representatives of the Group for the preliminary job done and for choosing Albania as the main country for investments in major projects. He acquainted them with Albania concrete investment potentials in many fields like in infrastructure, roads, ports, the field of renewable energy, hydropower plants, wind facilities, railways.

Der Fahrer und Leibwächter seiner FrauMonika Herr Konidi, wurde wegen Drogen Schmuggels aus dem Kosovo nach Albanein ebenso schon im Frühjahr 2001 verhaftet und natürlich auch mit geklauten Jeep und gefälschten Diplomaten Auto Nr.Diese Partner der GTZ, haben die Verantwortung für einen Milliarden schweren Schaden für die Touristik, denn fast die ganze Küste, ist vollständig zerstört, durch illegales Bauen. TIRANA, 13 November (Shekulli)–The Council of Ministers voted on 12 November against a project of the Committee for the Development of Tourism to change Sazan Island into a tourist location.
According to the study completed a year ago, Sazan would have become one of the biggest tourist spots in Albania.
The project, recently presented by the Committee for the Development of Tourism, envisaged that Albania’s only island–with a very enviable strategic position–be changed from a military base into a spot for entertainment. But during the 12 November Council of Ministers meeting, Defense Minister Pandeli Majko spoke against such an idea and asked that the island’s designation not be changed.
Reliable sources at the Defense Ministry said on 12 November that “the project is old and former Defense Minister Ismail Lleshi had not approved it while he was in office.” According to the sources, the new defense minister, Pandeli Majko, has not considered or approved this project at his institution and voted against it at the government’s meeting.
According to the Defense Ministry sources, the reason the project was not approved at the Council of Ministers meeting was the fact that it was not approved when Lleshi was the minister. On the other side, the leader of the Socialist Party, Fatos Nano, delivered a speech in Sarande during which he accused Prime Minister Ilir Meta of turning the island into a big casino without the permission of the commander general of the Armed Forces, President Rexhep Meidani and Defense Minister Majko.
“The government is approving today a project to turn Sazan Island into a big casino. Protect yourselves from these casinos because they swallow your money,” the leader of the Socialist Party said.
Some months ago, the Committee for the Development of Tourism presented a project that only planned for the construction of a tourist facility with 1,200 beds that would employ 1,200 people.
Under the plan, the western part of the island would be used for water exploration and a museum covering the period of the Cold War would also be built. Projektet me shifra tepër të mëdha ka më pak gjasa të realizohen. Që prej 5 vjetësh, KRRTRSH ka dhënë lejen për krijimin në zonën e Semanit në Fier të një parku gjigand energjetike, ku do të stokohej gazi i lëngshëm dhe do të ndërtoheshin edhe tre termocentrale. Faktikisht, leja vazhdon të jetë akoma në fuqi, ndërkohë që nuk është bërë asnjë gram punë për realizimin e projektit. U tha se në të do të angazhoheshin 2.4 miliardë euro fonde, çka ngjalli optimizmin e kryeministrit Berisha, që e shpalli para kohe Shqipërinë si një superfuqi rajonale energjetike. Por, më pas dolën “bishta të tjerë", që e detyruan kreun e qeverisë të kërkonte në Katar gaz të lëngshëm, në shkëmbim të anijeve me ujë të pijshëm. U tha madje se do të vinin 150 anije në vit, që do të bënin këtë shkëmbim mallrash, por gjithshka mbeti si një hipotezë.
Lidhur me projektin e Semanit, investitorët që në vitin 2006 kishin deklaruar se një vit më pas do të ishin gati të gjitha investimet e duhura për të realizuar objektet. Kjo rezultoi një mashtrim dhe aktualisht po pritet që të lidhet linja e gazit që kalon përmes Shqipërisë nën det, për në Itali, në mënyrë që të mundësohet konkretizimi. Por, kjo do të kërkojë akoma edhe shumë vite.

Warum man ohne Genehmigungen und Land Eigentum, Reklame macht für so ein Projekt, gerade in Albanien: Ist Profi Betrug ohne Ende und erneut Amerikaner dabei. BARI- Tre shqiptarë janë ndaluar në portin e Barit pasi gjatë kontrollit i janë gjetur cash, shuma më të mëdha parash sesa 10 mijë euro, siç është parashikuar në ligj.

Gjatë diskutimeve në komisionin kuvendor të veprimtarisë prodhuese, opozita nëpërmjet deputetit Arta Gaçe ka akuzuar qeverinë se po favorizon disa grupe interesi që duan të ngrenë porte për jahte tranzit ose jahte të komunitetit europian, duke e ditur që qiratë në portet e Mesdheut janë nga më të shtrenjtat në botë.
“Mendoj se kjo nuk ka qëllim për të zhbllokuar tregun shqiptar, për të krijuar mundësi të reja për shqiptarët për tregun e barkave, tregun e riparimeve dhe tregun e porteve, por ka vetëm një qëllim të krijojë tre-katër licenca dhe të fusë tre-katër grupe. Hajdin Sejdia and the Hole for Albanians
Hajdin Sejdia is one of the most outspoken characters in Albania just after the breakdown of the communist system.He first came in the beginning of 1991, as a very successful businessman, and as introduced himself as the President of “Ilira Holding” company, he found the right terrain to do whatever he wanted. It was the time of the system’s overthrow, therefore no one had the willing to verify the background of the “Kosovar brother”. Sejdia managed to contact directly the highest spheres of the society. With a surprising easiness, he managed to receive a permit from the back then prime minister Adil Carcani to build a “Sheraton” Hotel behind the Palace of Culture in the centre of Tirana. But, a “small problem” emerged; he had not taken permission from the well-known Sheraton network. He loaned money from citizens and commenced the workings, promising to build a five-star hotel named Sheraton. Meanwhile, Albanian who were listening this name for the first time thought goods will fall from the sky and that Hajdin Sejdia was the best man in the world. Soon, bulldozers started excavating tons of earth making a giant hole, which afterwards and still now is known as the “Hole of Hajdin Sejdia”. The hole remained opened till today, after Sejdia fled with all his heavy-tonnage vehicles. With such action, people remained shocked, as he had taken money from them and gave a good lesson to them not to trust anyone. But Albanians did not properly learn the lesson because they lost money again in the pyramid schemes some years later. He did not come back to Albania until late 90s. Now with a decision of Prime Minister Berisha, the hole has started to be filled up to wipe off this memory from Albanians’ minds.
Scheme in the Works in Albania
I feel obliged to write this article to clarify a dangerous lie spread in Albania by SIVA Partners.
Recently, the Albania media has been reporting on a “huge” investment to take place in Albania, and it is to be undertaken by SIVA Partners, LLC. The project is to be called The Millennium Casino and Resort and would be “built” in Vlora or Fier, Albania. Somehow, my name is associated with SIVA Partners and the media even reported that I am one of the “supporters” and “investors” in this project. Nothing can be further from the truth. SIVA, shamelessly, used my name, and even emphasized that fact that I am running for the US Senate, to advance their fraudulent “investment” in Albania.
SIVA Partners is located in New York and is founded by very suspicious characters, including some of them who are illegal aliens in the USA. It is true that Valentino Gurraj, President of SIVA, contacted me and asked to meet . Indeed, I met with him and his “partners,” one of them being Muhamed Ali from Middle East, who also claimed to be the founder and president of SIVA.
During this meeting, they offered to raise funds for my campaign for the United States Senate in the upwards of $200K. They told me that even Donald Trump would be part of this fundraiser as he is involved in SIVA. I thanked them for offering to assist my campaign and left. They asked for nothing in return.
After I left them, I did some research on SIVA Partners and found out that the whole thing is just another Pyramid Scheme waiting to be perpetrated on the Albanian people, especially in the northern part of Albania. I have since detached myself completely from SIVA.
SIVA has no money nor do any of the so called partners, presidents or founders, to invest. No one from SIVA can produce any concrete evidence of any funds they raised for this project or any other projects “completed” by them. Most of the “partners” are recent immigrants from Albania and Middle East, who are very well versed in tricking people into “investing” where “investors” are tricked into putting their funds in phantom projects which never materialize. This one is no different than the 1997 pyramidal schemes perpetrated in Albania.
In this case, what SIVA is trying to do is to convince investors in northern Albania that they have the capital to commence the project in Volara or Fier. They met with a number of prospective investor in Bajze, Koplk, and Shkoder. According to Mr. Gurraj, SIVA representatives met w with Viktor Popaj, the chairman of the Kastrat Commune, who will be in charge of raising funds in the Malesi e Madhe district for the project in Vlora or Fier.
According to a source from SIVA, they are concentrating in raising the funds for the project in northern Albania because they have the money since most families from the north have family members abroad, who would send them money if need be, to invest in Albania. I hope they will not repeat the 1997 mistake.
After and exhaustive search of both national and international data-basis, neither my staff nor I could find any, and I mean any, projects completed by SIVA anywhere in the world. That kind of information is supposed to be public records. But then common sense dictates that the whole thing is a sham. Look at the date SIVA was established. Late 2010! Yet, they built projects allover the world in less than two years.
I contacted Donald Trump’s office, and they categorically denied having anything to do with SIVA. They never heard of SIVA or any of the names listed as SIVA’s partners and executives. They made sense when they told me that “If this SIVA has the billions of dollars they tell people they have, how come they don’t invest in New York or any other parts of USA?” I had no answer for them nor did SIVA when I contacted them a few days after I found out that they had associated my name with SIVA.
And, lastly, don’t forget that the last time Sali Berisha was involved in “projects,” he gave Albania the turmoil of 1997. This time, for some obscure reasons, he is involved with SIVA, according to SIVA’s website. I wonder why? I will leave it up to the readers to decide to draw their conclusions.
Nevertheless, I feel that I have an obligation to caution all the Albanians who would read this article not to trust SIVA Partners with their money. And be careful of things that appear too good to be true, because, mot of the time, they indeed are. And SIVA is a clear illustration of the above expression.
