Investigations start on administrate dismissals
The numerous dismissals on the administration will start to be investigated by tomorrow.The investigation commission on the administrate dismissals, started its first meeting on yesterday, leaded by the person who claimed for the establishment of such a commission, the leftwing deputy Blendi Klosi. Klosi declared that, taking into account the numerous administration dismissals and its large dimensions, the object of work of this commission is the verification of all the dismissal cases of the civil workers, after the elections of 3 of July that according to him has had political reasons. The commission will investigate on the law implementation of the statute of civil worker, possible violation of the Work Code, as well as the attitudes of the Civil Service Commission on the dismissals. “This commission aims on transparently verifying all the possible violations, on stopping the advancing of these dismissals”, claimed Klosi. But the rightwing vice-leader of this commission, Edmond Spaho opposed the Leader Klosi, on further explaining the real causes of dismissing on the public administration institutions. “The administration is experiencing a high level of corruption. The opinion that the Albanian administration is one of the most corrupted one in the World, is expressed even by the IMF and the WB”, said Spaho.
