Legalisation Process in Durres blocked
The first phase of the legalisation process in Durres has not yet concluded, and while the legalisation agency office blames on the Municipality, the latter remains silent. Many immigrants, who returned home to complete the legalisation process for their houses, encountered difficulties in procedures. They could not withdraw the forms from the local units, as decided by the legalisation agency. This is because the commune offices are closed and the municipality has no more forms available, because it has delivered all. This way the immigrants, who came back with the hope that they will finally become owners of their houses, have remained disappointed because of their hang about from one office to another. While, the second phase of the legalisation process should have commenced, in Durres, the first phase has not yet concluded.http://sot.com.al/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=29814&Itemid=39&lang=
