Immigrants return to self-declare illegal constructions
Korçë- The process of self-declaration of illegal construction has entered a new stage. According to the head of legalisation agency in the prefecture of Korca, Ibrahim Spahiu, the interest shown by the citizens to self-declare their illegal constructions has been at the highest levels. This process, added Spahiu, is bringing back also immigrants living in Greece and other countries to declare their constructions. The self-declaration process, explains Spahiu, includes illegal constructions where the constructor is not the owner of the land, constructions and annexes built before 1993, as well as legal constructions with illegal annexes.For the resolution of such problems, the citizens of this district are day-by-day submitting their self-declaration forms in units of local government, communes and municipality.
